The comprehensive testing required to identify the issue takes time. Once the evaluation is complete, an informed decision can be made regarding the cost-effectiveness of repairing the device.

A). If you opt not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is the only charge you’ll incur.
B). If the device is repairable and you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived.
