What This Service Includes

This is a diagnostic-only service. We will:

  • Inspect and test your device
  • Assess power, charging, and general fault behaviour
  • Identify likely faulty components where possible
  • Advise whether repair is viable or cost-effective
  • Provide a repair quote if appropriate

  • The fee covers labour, testing time, disassembly, and technical assessment
  • The diagnostic fee is non-refundable
  • No repair work is carried out without your approval
  • No parts are replaced unless a separate repair is authorised

Temporary Recovery During Testing

In some cases, a device may begin charging, power on, or appear to work again during diagnostics. This can happen as part of the testing process.

This is considered a temporary recovery only and does not mean a repair has been completed.

No guarantee is provided on battery life, long-term stability, or continued operation unless a separate repair has been authorised and carried out.

Intermittent, Battery, and Progressive Faults

Some devices have faults that are intermittent, worsen over time, or only appear under certain conditions. This is especially common with batteries and power-related faults.

A device may pass testing temporarily and still fail again later. This does not indicate that a repair was carried out or that a repair has failed.

Repair Quotes

If your device is repairable, we will provide a quote before proceeding.

  • The repair cost is separate from the diagnostic fee
  • No chargeable work is carried out without approval
  • If you do not proceed, only the diagnostic fee applies

Warranty

The 90-day warranty applies to paid repair work and replaced components only.

Diagnostic services do not include a repair warranty and do not guarantee future performance, battery lifespan, or continued operation of the device.

  • Estimated turnaround is 5–15 working days
  • This is an estimate only and may vary depending on workload and device condition
  • You are responsible for sending your device to us
  • Please use a tracked and secure postage service
  • Return postage is selected at checkout
