This Repair Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage for repairs performed by SaveMyDevice.


1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty applies only to the specific fault repaired by SaveMyDevice.

Warranty covers:

  • The replaced component
  • Labour associated with the repair

Warranty begins from the date the device is returned to the customer.


2. Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Accidental damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Misuse
  • Customer negligence
  • Software issues unrelated to repair
  • New faults unrelated to the original repair
  • Devices previously repaired by third parties
  • Damage caused after repair

3. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty is void if:

  • The device is opened or tampered with
  • The device is repaired by another technician
  • The device is physically damaged after repair
  • Serial numbers or identifiers are removed

4. Pre-Existing Faults

We are not responsible for:

  • Hidden faults
  • Age-related failures
  • Additional faults discovered after repair

Repairing one issue does not guarantee overall device reliability.


5. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, contact:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

Customers are responsible for shipping the device to us for warranty inspection.

If the issue is covered, repair will be performed at no additional labour cost.


6. Inspection Requirement

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

If the issue is not covered, repair fees may apply.


7. Limitation of Liability

Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the original repaired component.

We do not provide refunds unless required by law.

Maximum liability is limited to the original repair cost.
