Repair Time (Postal Repairs):
Estimated turnaround is 5–15 working days. This is a guideline only and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to parts availability or postal services.

Important Notice:
If a device is found to be unrepairable after work has commenced, a £18 labour fee will be retained to cover time spent working on the device. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

This fee is separate from any diagnostic service and applies only where repair work has been authorised and attempted.
