- Most straps can be removed easily using quick-release pins or small screws, depending on the model.
- If straps cannot be removed, they may be left attached; however, this is at your own risk and not covered under the service.
- No responsibility can be taken for any additional items sent unnecessarily.
- Please include your order number and a brief description of the fault inside the parcel.

Your watch will retain resistance to rain and general exposure to the elements; however, it is not recommended for swimming or other water-related activities.
